Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Winarch Property to oversee all aspects of our property development projects across Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure the successful planning execution and completion of development projects. This role is a member of the Executive Team for Winarch Group (parent company of Winarch Property) and will be involved in creating the strategic vision for the Group.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for property development projects
- Lead a team of professionals to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Oversee the planning design and construction phases of each project
- Collaborate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record in property development or construction management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong financial acumen
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field (Masters degree preferred)
- Minimum seven years experience in senior leadership roles within the building & construction industry
- Demonstrated success in managing largescale property development projects
