Job Description
Are you ready to turn stormy skies into serious earning potential As a Storm Restoration Sales Representative with Allstar Home Services youll be on the front lines helping homeowners recover from storm damage. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who are ready to hit the road meet homeowners facetoface and walk them through the insurance process with confidence and care.
This is a commissiononly opportunity with unlimited earning potential. Youll be trained and supported by a team thats been through it alland well equip you with everything you need to succeed fast.
What Youll Do
Conduct property inspections to assess roof and exterior storm damage
Educate homeowners on their insurance claim rights and the restoration process
Coordinate with insurance adjusters to advocate for proper coverage
Help clients choose roofing materials and designs that enhance curb appeal
Close deals and oversee each project from inspection through final installation
Follow up with leads manage appointments and build a strong customer base
What You Bring
A passion for helping people and a drive to succeed
Strong communication and sales skills
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Willingness to travel to stormimpacted areas
No roofing or sales experience requiredwell train the right candidate
