Event and Catering Group Staff
Prestige Technical is seeking an additional team member for an event planning group in Mason OH. In this fulltime role you will be responsible for working with session leaders to prepare the event spaces for their upcoming meetings or training sessions. Each event held presents a different set of supply and room layout requirements that need to be prepared for and set up. You and the team youwork with will:
Understand in advance (working with Customer Success Lead) individual session needs to plan:
- Room and floor plan setupand prep for sessions
- Prepare printing/supplies/prototyping carts logistics for teams as needed
- Fulfill session attendee requests day of active problemsolving
- Food and beveragestation set up and cleaning
- Ensure specialty meals get to the correct attendee
- Keep dining and catering kitchen space neat and clean
- Run dishwasher as needed and put away items washed
- Make popcorn a few afternoons a week. Schedule TBD
- Help with restocking snacks and paper items that serve the dining area
- Basic Tech Awareness (we will train)
- Team player and flow to the work
