What Youll Be Hatchin Up:
- Launching monitoring and optimizing creative multichannel campaigns (email social media paid ads SEO and more)
- Peeping into analytics to measure campaign success uncover insights and tweak strategies for maximum liftoff
- Nesting new ideas for content storytelling and audience engagement
- Managing paid ad campaigns (PPC Paid Social) to keep our brand soaring above the competition
- Collaborating with other birdbrains (thats a compliment here!) across departments to ensure consistent messaging
- Staying eagleeyed on trends and emerging digital platforms
What Youll Need in Your Feathers:
- 25 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or inhouse both are eggcellent!)
- Proficiency with Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and SEO tools like SEMrush or Moz
- A keen beak for data: strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (like HubSpot or Marketo) and marketing automation tools
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM email marketing and social media strategies
- Creativity that can hatch fresh ideas faster than a hummingbirds wings
- Strong communication skills (because no one likes a squawking team member)
- Ability to adapt and flock together in a fastpaced environment
