Job Description
RUSSELL & SMITH MAZDA
Join our team at Russell and Smith Mazda a trusted name in automotive service as a BDC Agent who also manages our loaner vehicle fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments
- Conduct outbound followups and appointment confirmations
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone text and email
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Oversee the loaner car fleet:
- Track availability and assign vehicles
- Conduct vehicle inspections and manage checkin/checkout
- Ensure vehicles are clean maintained and ready for use
- Coordinate with service advisors for smooth transitions
Qualifications:
- Previous BDC call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Detailoriented especially when managing vehicle inventory
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required
