The Victory Academy are seeking a motivated and enthusiasticSociology Teacherto join their successful candidate will be accountable for delivering highquality teaching to ensure that every student progresses and utilises effective resources to provide the highest standards of learning and achievement for all pupils.

To succeed you will need to;

  • Plan implement and deliveran appropriately broad balanced relevant and differentiated curriculum for KS4 & KS5 students
  • Monitor and supportthe overall progress and development of students
  • Facilitate and encouragea learning experience that provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
  • Contribute to raising standardsof student progress and attainment
  • Integrate the Thinking Schools ethosinto all aspects of school life to develop students as thinkers enabling them to achieve success and be their best selves

This is an exciting time to join us as we expand our Sixth Form provision with newstateoftheart facilities for our growing Sixth Form together with establishing a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP)intended for students requiring additional support for Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).

We welcome enquiries and applications from ECTs and qualified teachers.

This role can be considered on a part time basis actual hours will be discussed at interview.
