Make an impact at Serco
As a Parking Officer at Fiona Stanley Hospital youll play a crucial role in managing the flow of vehicles maintaining parking equipment and providing excellent customer service. Youll work as part of the Vehicle and Traffic Management Service (VTMS) team to ensure a smooth parking experience while maintaining a highly visible and professional presence.
As a Parking Officer youll make a positive impact by:
- Educating hospital users about parking rules and regulations
- Patrolling the hospital site to monitor parking violations
- Issuing parking infringements and managing enforcement procedures
- Performing maintenance and replenishment of parking machines
- Assisting the public with parking queries and concerns
- Reporting and addressing hazards faulty equipment and signage issues

- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Sound computer literacy and problemsolving skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or parking enforcement environment (desirable)
