What Youll Do:
Lead and develop a winning sales team
Drive store performance through strategy training and accountability
Manage inventory and ensure optimal vehicle mix and pricing
Collaborate with the F&I service and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer journey
Set daily weekly and monthly goals for the team and help them smash them
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
What Were Looking For:
Proven success in automotive sales leadership (GM GSM or Sales Manager)
Highenergy motivating personality with excellent people skills
Strategic thinker with a strong focus on performance and process
Techsavvy and datadriven with experience using CRM (Vinsolutions) and desking tools
Strong understanding of inventory management and merchandising
