Projects performed in SC NC and Georgia they are known for integrity high standards and commitment to excellence.
Projects include industrial multifamily office historic hospitality medical veterinary retail and student housing.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Were looking for a Senior Project Superintendent with Multifamily Experience. This individual will report directly to the companys assigned Project Manager and the Operations Director and is solely responsible for the timely completion of projects while ensuring that they are constructed properly according to plans specifications and local codes.
Youll be responsible for supervision of subcontractors and interaction with vendors and consultants on a daily basis.

WHAT THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
- College or High School Degree
- 5 or more years experience in ground up multifamily construction
- Good understanding of trades
- Onsite construction management including supervision of subcontractors monitoring and enforcing safety providing progress reports and updates as required.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage teams and timelines and willing to be handson as needed.
- Detailoriented highly organized and deadlinedriven.
- Excellent communicatorable to collaborate with trades vendors project managers clients and senior leadership alike.
