What Youll Do:
- Supervise and support a small team handling revenue cycle functions including claims processing collections and insurance verification.
- Oversee accounts receivable activity and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of insurance claims and patient invoices.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to troubleshoot billingrelated issues.
- Mentor and train team members on best practices in medical billing and collections.
- Utilize practice management and EHR systems to document track and report financial performance.
Youll Know Youre a Great Fit If You Have:
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare billing and A/R preferably in an ASC or hospital setting.
- Previous leadership or team coordination experience in a medical billing office.
- Working knowledge of commercial insurance Medicare/Medicaid and medical coding basics.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problemsolving mindset.
- Familiarity with Surgical Information Systems or similar healthcare platforms.
