Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collects tracks and submits exam deliverables to regulators and banking partners
Creates project plans as they relate to audit and exam remediations
Assesses exam and audit deliverables for adequacy and completeness
Provides compliance support services to Board of Managers and Governance Committees
Acts as subject matter expert for logistical preparation and execution of onsite and offsite multiagency exams and audits
Prepares and tracks MSB licensing renewals
Provides subject matter expertise to advise internal stakeholders on compliance correction plans and activities in absence of Payments Compliance Manager
Catalogs MSB and Payments Compliance repository
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Minimum five years of money services business experience
Highly organized and methodical approach to analysis
Proficient with MS Office
Experience working in NMLS
Minimum five years performing bank audits and or regulatory exams
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Required:
Ability to work on confidential and sensitive matters with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Strong research skills
Solution based decision making
Strong organizational skills
Minimum intermediate level with Teams Share Point Excel Power Point
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
