Weekend Security Officer
Location(s): Rochester NH / Newington NH
Shift(s): PartTime Saturday & Sunday 1st & 3rd shifts available
Securitas Security Services USA Inc. is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as PartTime Weekend Security Officers. As a trusted member of the Securitas team you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients premises during weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned sites on foot or by vehicle to ensure security and safety of premises personnel and visitors
- Monitor surveillance equipment and access control systems
- Respond to incidents emergencies alarms and disturbances in a calm and professional manner
- Write clear and detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Enforce rules regulations and policies of assigned sites
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public
- Remain alert and observant at all times
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid stateissued security license (or ability to obtain one depending on state)
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) including day or overnight shifts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods and perform physical duties as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior security military or law enforcement experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (a plus)
- Familiarity with security systems and procedures
