Are you a compassionate and motivated SpeechLanguage Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. In this role you will have the opportunity to help patients of all ages improve their communication abilities cognitive skills and swallowing functionsempowering them to live fuller more confident lives.
As a Speech Therapist on our team you will assess diagnose and treat a variety of speech language voice fluency and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with patients and their families developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each persons unique needs and goals. Whether youre helping a child with a language delay or supporting an adult recovering from a stroke your expertise will make a powerful difference in their daily life and overall wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive evaluations implementing evidencebased interventions tracking patient progress and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care. Strong communication skills patience creativity and empathy are essential as you will be guiding individuals through both challenges and triumphs on their journey to improved communication.
The ideal candidate holds a masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited program has current state licensure and possesses a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCSLP) or is in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship (CFY).
