As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within Aumni you will play a crucial role in an agile team focusing on the enhancement construction and delivery of toptier technology products. Your responsibilities will encompass the development of vital technology solutions across a range of technical areas within diverse business functions thereby supporting the firms business goals. Your role will also include structuring software for improved comprehension testing and evolution as well as contributing to the design of highquality technical architecture.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Leadership to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
- Plan for the implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
- Support user research journey mapping and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
- Analyze and evaluate product metrics throughout the development life cycle.
- Write requirements epics and user stories to support product development.
- Conduct user interviews and collaborate with customerfacing teams for insights.
- Develop new data processing solutions with the data operations team.
- Present complex technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Ensure successful product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Formal training or certification in product management concepts and 3 years applied experience.
- Proficient in the product development life cycle.
- Experience building data products.
- Skilled in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
- Knowledgeable in data analytics and data literacy.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Customercentric mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Understanding of design tools like Figma for communicating low fidelity ideas.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience in the venture capital or financial industry.
- Familiarity with outcomedriven innovation and jobs to be done framework.
