Job Description

We are now an international team of 70 and have 40M monthly active users. Backed by Voodoo our team is fully focused on scaling BeReal into an iconic social network used by hundreds of millions.
Role
Were looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to take full ownership of quality across our squads. Youll be the reference point for QA at BeReal setting the bar for excellence implementing best practices and working closely with engineers and PMs to ensure every feature meets the highest standards of quality security and performance.
- Define own and implement QA processes across multiple squads
- Create and manage comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Maintain and improve automated and manual testing workflows
- Collaborate with PMs and developers to define quality goals early in the development lifecycle
- Be the point of contact for QA topics within BeReal acting as a mentor and quality ambassador
- Drive continuous improvements in reliability scalability and testing strategy
Profile
- 5 years in QA ideally in fastpaced mobile product environments
- Solid experience with both manual and automated testing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in both French & English
