At Berwick Mitsubishi this isnt just a frontdesk position its a key role at the heart of our dealership. As the first point of contact for our guests your presence sets the tone for their entire experience making your contribution essential to our success.
Were looking for a professional friendly and highly organised Showroom Concierge to join our team. In this role youll be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership greeting guests managing incoming calls and providing crucial administrative support to help our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all dealership visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area and customer lounge are clean and wellstocked.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Coordinate business cards and stationery orders.
- Support Sales Team by tracking appointments.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing photocopying and data entry.
- Provide support to other departments when needed.
What Were Looking For:
Essential:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and records management.
- Vocational qualification in administration or a related field.
