Join our team as a Service Supervisor in Hobart and help shape quality community support services that make a real difference in peoples lives.
About the role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager Community Support Services the role of the Service Supervisor is to lead plan coordinate implement administer supervise and develop a team of support workers to successfully deliver the service objective which is to enhance independence abilities community participation and/or quality of life in support of the clients individual goals and aspirations.

What youll bring:
- A relevant diploma qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership in community or disability services.
- Strong daytoday team supervision and people management skills.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident decisionmaking under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written communication.
