About the Opportunity

Your Purpose:
As a Mobility Engineer you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the organizations Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and IT operations. You will ensure seamless alignment with business objectives drive innovation and enhance efficiency through the effective use of technology. This role requires expertise in cloudbased services enduser computing (EUC) and virtualization technologies with a focus on providing secure scalable and highperforming IT solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role you will advise clients on the implementation configuration and maintenance of MDM solutions to ensure companyowned mobile devices are secure and wellmanaged. You will develop and execute strategies for cloudbased services optimizing performance scalability and costeffectiveness.
Additionally you will guide EndUser Computing (EUC) initiatives including desktop and application virtualization remote access and user profile management. Staying up to date with airline industry trends and technologies you will identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. You will also collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as application development network operations and information security to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IT services.
Furthermore you will manage the development and maintenance of documentation including standard operating procedures knowledge base articles and service level agreements ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
Whats Required:
To be successful in this role you must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. You should also possess technical certifications such as Apple Certifications Microsoft AWS or MDMrelated certifications.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing technical support services is required with at least 5 years in a similar role. You must have a strong understanding of MDM solutions such as VMware Workspace ONE Microsoft Intune or MobileIron. Additionally expertise in cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud as well as experience in Citrix virtualization technologies (XenDesktop and XenApp) is crucial. Apple (iOS) experience is essential to this role as you will be supporting apple devices.
A deep knowledge of EUC technologies such as VMware Horizon Microsoft RDS and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops is also essential. Familiarity with desktop support best practices including ITIL and HDI as well as airline industryspecific technologies (departure control systems flight operations and crew management) will be highly advantageous.
You must demonstrate excellent leadership communication and project management skills and the ability to work effectively in fastpaced dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
