Job Description
Find your purpose joining CentraCares Plaza EVS/Cleaning team as an EVS Lead working to keep our patients safe and our facilities clean. We are seeking qualifiedapplicants with good communication and leadership skills for MondayFriday evening shifts.
This is afastpaced position that requiresinteracting and communicating with otherswhile sanitizing exam rooms and public spaces throughout our Plaza and other Clinic locations.

- 3 to 5 years of previous experience in commercial housekeepingor commercial cleaningis required. or
- Previous Leadership experience is required. (Prior work as a Lead/Supervisor/Manager)
- This position is based at the Plaza but will require you having your own transportation to be able to work at other local Clinics.
- You will need to communicate fluently as you will have direct leadership contact with our EVS team and other staff members while performing your duties.
Schedule:
- Afternoon/Evenings 5pm 1:30am 8hour shifts
- Fulltime 80 Hours every two weeks
- NO weekend/holiday rotation asneeded only.
Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards):
- Wage rates start at $17.75 per hour offering more with experience.
- Full wage scale for this role: $16.59 $24.92
- After 3pm shift differential is $1.00 per hour.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Environmental Services field and/or 35 years of previous Leadership experience.
- Ability to read write simple task requests and reports and communicate well with others required.
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks including waste disposal flooring and UV light machines as assigned.
- Act as Lead assisting in overseeing daily activities and coordinating/checking the work of others but not as a Supervisor.
- Tasks include assisting Supervisors with rounding inspections and audits insuring quality of work is maintained for multiple assigned teams.
- Position includes working with chemicals and coming in contact with bodily fluids.
