What is expected of YOU:
As a Human Resource Generalist you are expected to be a reliable approachable and professional team member who supports a wide range of HR functions. Youll handle onboarding assist maintain employee data in HRIS (UKG/Ultipro) ensure compliance with licensing and reporting requirements and provide daytoday support to employees and leaders. You are expected to uphold strict confidentiality stay organized under pressure and contribute positively to the employee experience. Your role also includes participating in employee events managing special projects and serving as a backup to the broader HR teamall while maintaining a friendly and servicefocused attitude
Experience YOU will need:
High School/GED/College or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual Preferred
34 years of HR generalist experience
Strong computer skills proficient in Google Workplace Microsoft Suite
Must be highly organized and detailoriented
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle highvolume and stressful situations
Must be able to operate computer telephone fax and copies
Physical Requirements:
Constantly handle wrist motion sit hear and eye/hand coordination
Frequently speak read write stand walk bend and stoop
Occasionally lift carry push and pull 25
Other duties as assigned
Certificates Licenses Registrations:
Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
