Job Description
Property Management Inc. (PMI) has an opportunity for a motivated individual. We are currently searching for one part time Utility Reader. This position will consist of checking/testing a manufactured housing communitys water plant for 30 minutes each day. Training will be provided. Rate: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 30 minutes per day 7 days a week.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Accurately read and record meter readings for the community water plant.
- Maintain daily meter reading log with potential findings.
- Inspect for default connections.
- Report irregularities to management promptly.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Working cell phone.
