Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Director to lead and optimize the operational infrastructure of our global Talent Acquisition (TA) function at DN. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring excellence across TA processes system upgrades onboarding vendor partnerships executive recruiting strategy and governance while serving as a key liaison with internal HR Technology and Data Analytics teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Talent Acquisition a processoriented mindset and a proven track record of driving operational improvements across complex matrixed environments.
ResponsibilitiesTA Operations & Process Excellence
- Own and continuously improve TA processes tools and workflows to ensure scalability compliance and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks to drive accountability and consistency across global recruiting efforts.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to elevate recruiter effectiveness and candidate experience.
Executive Recruiting Strategy
- Define and drive the strategy tools and execution of executivelevel recruiting in partnership with business and HR leaders.
- Manage relationships with executive search firms and ensure seamless integration with internal talent processes.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Oversee the management of TA vendors including background check providers Job boards and executive search partners.
- Negotiate contracts track performance metrics and ensure alignment with company goals and compliance standards.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between the TA team and the HR Technology team to ensure optimal functionality and utilization of TA systems (ATS CRM AI tools etc.).
- Partner closely with the People Analytics/Data team to define reporting needs interpret TA data and enable datadriven decisionmaking.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure global recruiting practices align with local and international employment laws background check standards and internal audit policies.
- Stay abreast of evolving regulations and implement best practices in data privacy candidate record keeping and hiring ethics.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 3 years in a leadership or operational role.
- Demonstrated experience leading process and system improvements across a TA function.
- Leverage a deep understanding of data generation within ATS to guide data integrity advocate for quality inputs and ensure accurate interpretation of recruiting metrics.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and learning agility by proactively exploring data trends questioning assumptions and translating insights into actionable improvements for talent acquisition processes.
- Strong background in vendor management executive recruiting and process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build crossfunctional relationships.
- Proven ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with leading ATS/CRM systems and analytics/reporting tools.
- High level of integrity strategic thinking and a passion for operational excellence in talent acquisition.
