Integrated Solutions is searching for aRegional Sales Manager responsible for representing Duravant to the role requires the Sales Manager to gain an understanding of the clients business needs and initiatives. Collaborate with the solution development team in designing best in class solutions. The Account Manager is responsible for effectively communicating Duravants solutions and benefits to the client.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following other duties as assigned.
- Develop and maintain an effective account penetration and management strategy.
- Drive revenue growth account profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a complete understanding of the clients organizational structure and key buying influences.
- Provide and maintain accurate sales forecast.
- Manage and log all selling activity through CRM software.
- Gain understanding of Duranvants family of products & execution capabilities.
- Understand the key technical operational and commercial challenges facing the prospective customer to assist in developing a valueadded solution.
- Cocreate proposal for solution offerings
- Cocreate presentation detailing solution
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. A degree in Mechanical Industrial Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 5 years of complex solution sales in logistics or automation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel Word Powerpoint)
- Ability to interface with colleagues and customers at all levels by virtue of professional competence integrity and personal style.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job the colleague is frequently required to sit stand walk talk or hear; uses hands to finger handle or touch objects or controls. On occasion the colleague may be required to climb and work in high places stoop bend or reach above the shoulders.
The incumbent must occasionally lift push or pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The position is an officebased position with regular visits to the manufacturing area.
