Payment Processor
As an AIA Billing Specialist you will be joining a reputable familyowned Plumbing & Heating company in Durham NC. Your primary role will be processing highvolume customer payments with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy have strong attention to detail and the ability to handle administrative support tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Assist with monthly AIA billing.
Process various payment types. Including but not limited to ACH checks and credit cards.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of payment information.
Process 110120 payments per day with accuracy and efficiency.
Navigate between ServiceTrade and Sage software to retrieve invoices and process payments.
Utilize Google Drive and Google Workspace daily for documentation and workflow management.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in AIA billing.
Working knowledge of Sage accounting software.
Experience processing all forms of payments (ACH check credit card etc.).
Proficiency in Google Drive Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
High school diploma preferred.
