Increase admissions by developing and managing effective directtoconsumer messaging and enrollment campaigns. To take responsibility for all the printing and collateral of the organization ensuring key messages and an effective call to action are incorporated. Create and manage a database of media contacts for eventual interviews and public service campaigns. Your responsibility will be to ensure brand recognition of our organization within the Behavioral Health community and to develop brand awareness within the geographic locations of our Programs.
Success Indicators/KPIs
Directtoconsumer campaigns at less than $700 per admission
Be responsible for admitting 35% of the companys admissions through direct and consumer advertising
Initiate 35 effective marketing campaigns for each Program opening (new location). These may include billboards direct mail Chamber of Commerce TV Radio etc.
Distribute press releases
Create and manage a media contacts database
Core Competencies
Knowledge and experience in advertising and promotion
Ability and experience in creating and managing focus groups to understand the voice of the customer
Personal characteristics of creativity and innovation
An understanding of brand identity brand value and brand equity
Be excellent in written and verbal communication
At least one year experience with the behavioral health industry
25 years of experience in marketing advertising and promotion
Knowledge of creating relationships with various media personnel and outlets (TV radio internet cable)
Ability to analyze effective campaigns with direct mail billboards and other direct to consumer initiatives
Have the ability to analyze data and to extrapolate improved solutions
Knowledge of best practices for press releases media interviews and directtoconsumer trends
Ability to organize 35 quarterly community events
Proficiency in creating managing and reporting budgets and expenses per campaign
A willingness desire and ability to interface with former customers
Familiarity and comfort with photography and video editing

Supervisory requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel preferred capability with Smartsheets and other computer software
Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
Organized detailoriented takes the initiative and completes job responsibilities independently
Multitask problemsolve interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
Thrives in a changing work environment including inside outside and loud noise level
