Job Description:
- Provide support to the Business Human Resources Team on various HR interventions.
- Design dashboard/s & various matrices while maintaining the provided database.
- Design and develop initiative/s and various intervention/s as per business requirement.
- Provide adequate support on executing various HR initiative/s
- Work closely with the Business Unit Head and Regional Manager on Talent requirements and manage endtoend HR activities for respective BU.
- Work in coherence with your BHR mentor while executing various projects.
- Any other HRrelated project work/support as assigned from time to time.
Whats in it for the Trainee
- Build HR skills and business understanding in different business segments and collaborate with Talent acquisition Talent organization and consulting C&B HR Operations
- Be part HR projects and liaison with HR leadership team.
Other details:
- Working days Mon to Fri
- Working time 9am to 5pm
- Work location Mumbai BKC
- Directly on company Payroll Renewable contract basis on performance
