You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Summary: Responsible for paint shop shift supervision. Ensure Daily production plan and Quality aspects in valve parts primer painting and Finish painting. Coordinating with final QC team for daily shipment plan valves final inspection and clearance for tagging.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Effective loading Plan of Valve Painting and Actuator Painting requirements based on assembly plan from assembly production plan.
Maintain the Special painting index based on the customers project requirement in line with the fisher painting standards Ensure the controlling parameters adherence and record the mandatary coating thickness requirements in every stage.
Ensure the Valves painting completion as per the daily shipment plan and customer witness inspection plan. Coordinating with Final QC for painted valves final inspection and clearance tagging.
Need to handle the Customer and 3rd Party inspectors for painting witness inspection smoothly.
Conduct the below tests with periodical manner maintain the record to meet the Global Quality & Customer Inspection requirement.
Daily Basis Environmental Condition Blotter test MEK Test WFT&DFT.
BiWeekly Preparation of Adhesion test panel to conduct Adhesion test with Test Panel (Dolly/XCut Test)
Inspect the Painting Quality of Incoming Primer coated Materials from Supplier end.
Prepare the Painting reports based on Painting log information
Daily Monitor all Paint material & Phosphate Chemicals stock and organize to send the material requirements to Purchase team.
Maintain high standard of 5S Safety and OHSAS Requirement in Phosphate and Painting shop.
Handling all Audits conducted By FM Global ISOQuality system OHSASSafety system Global Safety & Customer audits in Painting Phosphate Grit Blasting & ETP area.

For This Role You Will Need:
Experience in Monitoring and control the Process Parameters Trouble shooting for surface preparation and Protective Coatings.
Required sufficient knowledge in Computer and well known with Excel Power point and Word Documents.
Sound knowledge on Consumable consumption control Surface preparation Paint products & Applications.
Knowledge on 5S TPM KAIZEN and Safety practices.
Strong supervisory skill to handle the operating work force effectively.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
BSc chemistry or Diploma in Chemical engineering with minimum 3 to 5 years experience in valve/engineering industries paint shop.
Well versed in Production planning and Capacity planning on painting process based on the production demand to meet the expected target.
Effective Communication and Coordination with inter departments and operating team to ensure the smooth functioning of Paint Shop.
