Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for positions primarily in India and other Asia region such as ASEAN covering IT Finance Sales Applications Engineering roles.
The Senior Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the endtoend recruitment process for IT Finance and Sales positions.
- Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and indepth interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment in the India market preferably for IT Finance and Sales roles.
- Experience working for a technology company a plus.

- Knowledge of Workday desired or other applicant tracking systems
