UE03:per annum pro rata (12.83 per hour plus holiday pay)
University Sport and Exercise/Edinburgh University Sports Union (EUSU)
Guaranteed Hours approx. 25 hours per month
Fixed Term Contract Duration: 01/07/2025 30/06/2026
Edinburgh University Sports Union (EUSU) seeks an enthusiastic and proactive Student Intern to join the team to support with the development of its Coaching & Volunteering Academy (CVA) and wider Sports Union activity.
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting student internship position within EUSU to support with the development of its CVA and get involved in wider Sports Union projects. The role offers a student the opportunity to be part of the EUSU team working with 70clubs and almost 1000 coaches volunteers & officials that are involved in sport at The University of Edinburgh.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Matriculated University of Edinburgh student
- Basic knowledge of IT programmes such as Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Teams
- Ability to work on time with accuracy and precision and to prescribed standards
- Ability to exchange basic information verbally and in writing
- Flexible approach to duties and willingness to learn
- Work or voluntary experience within an administrative or sports role (Desirable)
- Member or previous member of a EUSU member club committee (Desirable)
- Experience in using Canva and social media platforms (Desirable)
