Job purpose tasks and responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of the configuration rollout and optimisation of HubSpots Marketing Sales and Service Hubs.
- Designing and implementing workflows pipelines lead scoring models and lifecycle stages for all sales functions (outbound nurturing key accounts brokers).
- Creating and maintaining email templates snippets playbooks sequences and automated campaigns.
- Delivering tailored training for sales marketing and service teams on HubSpot best practices and tools.
- Building and maintaining performance dashboards for SLT including KPIs across all sales and marketing teams.
- Ensuring realtime visibility of pipeline health campaign effectiveness and leadtocustomer conversion metrics.
- Monitoring data quality deduplication field accuracy and integrations with thirdparty platforms.
- Recommending new tools integrations or process enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
Essential and desirable capabilities

- Handson experience with HubSpot CRM across all hubs (Sales Marketing and Service).
- Proven track record of implementing CRM systems and driving adoption across teams.
- Strong technical understanding of automation workflows lifecycle management and campaign reporting.
- Excellent communication and training skills with a collaborative serviceoriented approach.
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance user needs with strategic outcomes.
- Experience within the health and safety or professional services sector.
