You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAre you highly organised detailfocused and ready to contribute to meaningful work in property and community care UPA (United Protestant Association of NSW Ltd) is seeking a proactive and capable Property Administrator to support our growing Property Department across operations strategy growth and development.
Reporting to the Director of Property this role ensures that UPAs diverse property portfolio is managed efficiently remains compliant and supports our mission to provide safe wellmaintained and welcoming environments for residents staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Director of Property and the wider team
Coordinate department operations governance and reporting tasks
Manage calendars arrange travel process expenses and prepare documentation
Maintain property records lease registers and filing systems
Assist in budget preparation financial tracking and compliance reporting
Liaise with external property managers for nonoperating assets
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Support the department in strategic planning special projects and property acquisitions
Contribute to the maintenance of compliance with property and WHS regulations
About You
Minimum 3 years experience in property administration real estate or facilities support
Qualifications in Business Administration Property Real Estate or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel PowerPoint SharePoint)
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
High attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
Desirable
Experience within aged care retirement living healthcare or related sectors
Prior experience working in a property department or multiasset portfolio
Other Requirements
Candidates must have the right to work in Australia
