About ADF Health Services
In partnership with Bupa our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia.
This includes providing defenceready clinical and support staff across 40 onbase locations ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality onsite medical care.

Join Sercos ADF Health Services team as a Medical Officer / General Practitioner and provide highquality medical care to Defence members at Cabarlah Clinic. Youll work in a modern wellequipped facility alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
About Albatross Health Centre
The Albatross Health Centre is located at Nowra on the South Coast of NSW approximately 2.5 hours from Sydney CBD. HMAS Albatross is the largest operational naval establishment in Australia and the Navys only air station. The health centre provides primary medical aviation medical dental mental health physiotherapy nursing and pharmaceutical services to up to 1500 ADF members. Standard hours of operation are generallyMondayFriday with medical officers oncall for aviation retrievals.
Your Impact
We are seeking a Medical Officer / General Practitioner to join us in a permanent part time capacity working 2x days per week Monday and Thursday OR Wednesday and Thursday 0730 to 1530.
As a Medical Officer you will:
- Deliver primary medical care in line with professional standards and Defence policies
- Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to support Defence personnel
- Assess fitness for duty and provide pre/postdeployment medical support
- Provide medical technical advice to Defence leadership
- Work across outpatient and inpatient care settings as needed
What Youll Need
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
- FRACGP FACRRM or Vocational Registration
- Minimum 2 years full time (or part time equivalent) GP experience in the last 5 years
- Australian Citizen for Baseline Security Clearance requirements
