Job Description
Responsible for the repair moves and preventive maintenance of all slot products.
Essential Job Functions:
- Excellent internal/external guest service;
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with employees and all departments;
- Maintain all slot equipment in accordance with departmental policies and procedures;
- Maintain proper documentation on department logs shift logs pm logs M.E.A.L. cards;
- Maintain sign lighting and graphics;
- Ensure all slot machines are secure;
- Provide information and explain Players Club benefits property amenities and marketing programs to our guest;
- Communicate both orally and in writing;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Slot experience preferred but not required. High School diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Bilingual a plus
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Mechanical aptitude
May be exposed to casinorelated environmental factors such as secondhand smoke bright lights and excessive noise.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Other physical demands of this job may include but are not limited to; sitting bending lifting reaching pulling/pushing kneeling squatting and grasping.
