PhysMED Gulf Coast FL Hybrid (Remote OnSite as Needed)
About the Role:
PhysMED is seeking a highly technical and creative Digital Marketing and IT Specialist to help drive patient growth strengthen our brand presence and maintain our technology infrastructure. This hybrid role combines social media marketing lead generation website management IT support and Salesforce administration. Youll work closely with leadership to expand our patient base while ensuring our systems stay cuttingedge and efficient.

Responsibilities:
Plan and execute social media campaigns and digital marketing strategies to generate patient leads.
Maintain and optimize PhysMEDs websites landing pages and online presence.
Upgrade maintain and integrate new tools within our Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
Provide general IT support across multiple locations including troubleshooting hardware software and system issues.
Research recommend and implement new technology solutions to support company growth.
Qualifications:
24 years of experience in digital marketing and IT support roles.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration (Health Cloud preferred) website development (WordPress or similar) and digital marketing tools.
Strong understanding of SEO marketing analytics and CRM lead workflows.
Handson experience integrating software applications (APIs Zapier Workato).
Excellent organizational problemsolving and communication skills.
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
