Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is seeking a PartTime Warranty Administrator to support our busy service department. If youre organized detailoriented and have experience handling automotive warranty claims we want to hear from you!
Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and submit manufacturer warranty claims
Verify repair orders and ensure all documentation meets manufacturer guidelines
Communicate with service advisors technicians and OEM representatives
Track claim status manage rejections and maintain organized records
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must have prior experience in automotive warranty processing
GM experience preferred but were willing to train the right person
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with dealership software (AutoMate & Global experience a plus)
Professional appearance and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
