Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineering & Product Quality Manager to ensure the production of highquality products that exceed customer expectations and meet all applicable regulatory and quality system requirements. The candidate will ensure that our production processes are efficient consistent and meet quality standards. The candidate has to work effectively with different departments and teams to achieve common organizational goals. The Candidate should drive the team to enhance our manufacturing processes through the application of statistical methods tracking lagging and leading KPIs. The Candidate has to stay abreast of advanced technologies & drive the integration of these into our manufacturing processes. The candidate should strive to leverage IoT and AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency product quality and overall productivity

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaintsand resolve product quality issues.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Troubleshoot process issuesand implement corrective actions.

  • Develop and implement process control systemsto enhance production efficiency & productivity.

  • Monitor and analyze production datato identify trends variations & areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with product development teamsto ensure consistent product quality.

  • Collaborate with engineering operations & supplier quality leveraging lean six sigma & Lean methodology to optimize processes.

  • Lead process improvement projectsand manage crossfunctional teams.

  • Train and mentor staffon process and quality control methodologies.

  • Drive Actions to maintain accurate documentationof processes and improvements.

  • Conduct regular auditsto ensure process adherence and quality control.

  • Report to upper managementon quality standard issues and trends.

  • Facilitate communicationbetween various departments such as engineering operations QA RA supplier quality & materials.

  • Coordinate and lead crossfunctional meetingsto ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationshipswith key stakeholders across different functions.

  • Identify and resolve conflictsthat may arise between departments.

  • Ensure that all team members are informedand engaged in the projects progress and objectives.

  • Promote a collaborative culturethat encourages sharing of ideas and best practices.

  • Develop and implement SPC systemsto monitor and control production processes.

  • Train and mentor staffon SPC methodologies and tools.

  • Drive Utilization of statistical softwareto perform data analysis and generate reports

  • Develop and implement IoT and AI strategiesto optimize manufacturing processes.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto integrate smart devices and AI solutions.

  • Lead process improvement projectsusing IoT and AI technologies.

  • Train and mentor staffon the use and benefits of IoT and AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Industrial & Production) Masters Degree in SQC Process Engineering or Industrial Management will be an added advantage

  • Proven Experience of 14 years in Quality / Process Control functions in a leadership position

  • Strong understandingof quality control processes and standards.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Proficiency in quality & process control softwareand tools.
