Coordinate and lead crossfunctional meetingsto ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationshipswith key stakeholders across different functions.
Identify and resolve conflictsthat may arise between departments.
Ensure that all team members are informedand engaged in the projects progress and objectives.
Promote a collaborative culturethat encourages sharing of ideas and best practices.
Develop and implement SPC systemsto monitor and control production processes.
Train and mentor staffon SPC methodologies and tools.
Drive Utilization of statistical softwareto perform data analysis and generate reports
Develop and implement IoT and AI strategiesto optimize manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto integrate smart devices and AI solutions.
Lead process improvement projectsusing IoT and AI technologies.
Train and mentor staffon the use and benefits of IoT and AI solutions.
Bachelors Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Industrial & Production) Masters Degree in SQC Process Engineering or Industrial Management will be an added advantage
Proven Experience of 14 years in Quality / Process Control functions in a leadership position
Strong understandingof quality control processes and standards.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in quality & process control softwareand tools.
Attention to detailand a keen eye for identifying defects.
Ability to work under pressureand meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills.
Teamoriented mindsetwith the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Adaptabilityto work with various teams and adjust to different working styles
