Sales and Social Media Coordinator
Location: Northampton
Hours: 8 hours 16 hours per week
Rate: 15.20/hour Commission

The clinic is now seeking a dedicated and clientfocused Sales and Social Media Coordinator to support its continued growth. This is an opportunity to represent a highend elegant brand while helping clients discover the treatments therapies and products that can truly change their lives.


The Sales and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating and engaging with leads across social media email client databases and other channelsguiding prospective and returning clients toward consultations premium treatment plans online programmes and courses.

Blending luxury client care with structured and strategic followup the successful candidate will act as both a trusted advisor and a resultsdriven closer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and follow up with leads via direct messages email and phone
  • Engage with new enquiries and previous clients in a warm polished manner
  • Qualify leads and guide them toward the most suitable services (inclinic and online)
  • Maintain and update lead tracking spreadsheets (Google Sheets)
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to support seamless bookings and client experiences
  • Share feedback on sales conversations including objections and opportunities
  • Deliver confident elegant and wellaligned communications consistent with the brand

Candidate Profile

  • Warm articulate and confident communicatorboth written and verbal
  • Experience in luxury client service wellness aesthetics or a similar sector
  • Proven track record in sales with the ability to follow a process and achieve targets
  • Highly selfmotivated discreet and able to work independently
  • A genuine belief in wellness skin health longevity and the value of elevated experiences
