About the role:
The Platform group at Samsara delivers the worlds best endtoend software experience for physical operations. Our mission is to provide reliable and secure infrastructure to power Samsaras platform and products create exceptional user experiences across key surfaces like the web portal and mobile apps deliver core customerfacing features that span the platform and extend Samsaras capabilities with developer tools and a rich ecosystem of prebuilt integrations.
As a Product Manager II you will work closely with other PMs engineers designers and customerfacing teams to help define and deliver core features that make our automation tools more powerful and userfriendly. This is a great opportunity for a midlevel product manager looking to grow their product strategy and technical skills while making a meaningful impact on the daily operations of our customers.
This is an inperson position open to candidates residing in the UK.

In this role you will:
- Collaborate with Senior & Principal PMs to develop product requirements and help shape the roadmap for automation capabilities.
- Work crossfunctionally with design and engineering to ship features that are intuitive scalable and reliable.
- Partner with customer support sales engineers and account teams to gather feedback debug issues and prioritize enhancements.
- Use customer feedback and product analytics to evaluate success and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to product launch activities documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work in an environment that values customer success longterm thinking inclusion and team wins.

Minimum requirements for the role:
- 45 years of experience in product management or a mix of productfocused roles in software engineering or technical consulting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and simplify complex ideas.
- Comfortable using data and customer feedback to make decisions.
- Some familiarity with APIs automation tools or technical systems integration.
- Bachelors degree in a technical or related field or equivalent practical experience (i.e. software engineering experience); an MBA is a plus.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience working on B2B SaaS or platform products.
- Previous exposure to automation tools eventbased systems or workflow builders.
- Experience working with enterprise customers or customerfacing teams.
