Job Description
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Proposal & Bid Manager to join our growing team and lead our tender and proposal activities especially targeting government and public sector clients. In addition you will be responsible for leading our responses to publicly funded innovation projects typically at the EU (EU Horizon/ EIT Urban Mobility) or National level.
You will be instrumental in helping Vianova expand its presence through strategic bid management exceptional writing and compelling product storytelling.
What Youll Do
Manage the full bid lifecycle: from opportunity identification qualification and response strategy to submission and postsubmission debriefs
Own and write highquality tenders and proposals for government and public sector clients (Europe Middle East North America)
Work closely with Product Sales and Engineering teams to craft impactful narratives that showcase our technology solutions
Be treated as a member of Vianovas sales team with commissions based upon value of contracts won as well as a quota
Develop and maintain a library of reusable proposal assets case studies and templates
Ensure compliance with all tender specifications and provide creative competitive answers that differentiate Vianova
Improve processes and share best practices to continually raise the quality and win rate of our bids
Represent Vianovas mission and vision for smarter safer cities through every proposal delivered
