The Director of Real Estate Investments,

Portfolio and Property Management:

Oversee the performance and management of a diverse portfolio of real estate investments.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value and investment returns.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust strategies as necessary to meet financial targets.

Achieve and maintain maximum building occupancy and ensure top quality customer service for residents and tenants.

Development Opportunities:

Collaborate with team members to identify evaluate recommend and acquire new investment opportunities.

Review market research feasibility studies and risk assessments for potential investments.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring projects from concept to completion.

Participate as a company representative for investment property construction projects including input and decision making on exterior design interior finishes unit mixes unit layouts building amenities and more.

Financial Oversight:

Support the development and management of annual operations and/or project budgets for the investment properties portfolio.

Review financial performance including income expenses and capital expenditures.

Collaborate to prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors builders partners real estate brokers consultants and other stakeholders.

Collaborate on and support the negotiation and management of contracts leases and other agreements related to the investment properties.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations laws and company policies.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the overall strategic planning process for the real estate portfolio.

Align portfolio strategies with the companys longterm objectives and market trends.

Identify and mitigate potential risks to the portfolio and individual assets.

Manage the lifecycle of investments from land activation for new developments to disposition opportunities based on market conditions.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor team members.

Provide guidance support and professional development opportunities to team members.

Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven team environment.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

Familiarity with real estate laws regulations and market trends.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate investment and related fields.

Familiarity with the design and construction of buildings.

Proven track record of managing diverse real estate investment portfolios.

Professional designations such as MBA PMP and/or CPM.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical financial reporting and presenting and strategic planning abilities.

Outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to identify and capitalize on development opportunities.
