FullTime Assembly Fabrication

Ottawa ON
We are looking for an experienced Shop Lead Hand to work within Flynn Ottawas production facility.
A Day in the Life
Assembling aluminium windows.
Crating of fabricating materials.
Installation of glass into frames.
Perform inspections on finished products to ensure products produced meet quality standards
Work with a team of individuals to build products that help build North American skylines
Ensure work areas stay clean orderly and free of hazards

What We Are Seeking
5 years of shop or field/installation as well as supervising experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualitydriven individual who has a good sense of planning
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Mechanically inclined and a problem solver
Experience with installing glass an asset
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Team player with a proactive safetyoriented mindset
