Financial Accountant
Are you immediately available and looking for a company to apply your expertise in fullfunction monthend Lets talk!
Im partnering with a services company in Western Sydney who is looking for a temporary financial accountant to assist them in the busy year end season.
This will suit seasoned accountants who have full ownership of the month end process and can work independently.
Also open to speaking to hands on Finance Managers or Financial Controllers who are open to a short stint over the year end season.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the CFO you will be looking after the following but not limited to:
- Running complete month end processendto end process Posting journals running reports reconciliations
- Preparation of BAS reports
- Payroll review
- FBT Return
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Accrual and prepayment journals
- IFRS16/Lease Accounting
- Fixed Asset Accounting
ABOUT YOU:
- CPA/CA qualification is ideal but not a deal breaker
- MYOB is MUST
- Advanced Excel Skills (Vlookups/Pivot table)
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Proactive
- Attention to detail
- Work in a collaborative team work environment
