Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants
Looking for someone who is eager to learn in this role and has a desire to perform quality work! Training will be provided.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with WMS eMedNY and TABS preferred
- Ability to resolve conflicting coding in WMS and eMeNY is preferred
- Proficiency in and daily use of Microsoft Office Word Outlook Excel
Designer - Proof of 35 WPM typing speed
- Data Analysis
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and promptly
- Ability to learn new databases and proprietary computer systems
- Ability to prepare professional correspondence forms or other documents in draft and final form using information obtained in the agencys databases and files
- Ability to work well with others including those with developmental disabilities in an office environment
- Professional verbal and written skills as shown by office experience with previous employers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to maintain confidentially of all information and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Proven ability to complete general office duties including but not limited to filing answering multi line telephones copying scanning operating standard office machinery efaxing and opening distributing and sending postal mail
37.5 Hours per week Monday Thru Friday
