Lead and execute strategic marketing and growth plans that increase hospice and palliative care census and meet financial targets.
Build strong lasting partnerships with referral sources facilities (SNFs ALFs) payors and community organizations.
Manage and mentor a team of business development representatives setting goals supporting growth and evaluating performance.
Collaborate with clinical operations marketing and HR leaders to drive aligned and effective community outreach.
Utilize CRM systems and market data to track performance inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
A few musthaves for a Hospice Director of Sales:
Bachelors degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
5 years of experience in marketing healthcare sales or business development (hospice or healthcare preferred).
5 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or healthcarerelated field within the last 3 years.
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of leadership and referral partners.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities drive results and build highperforming teams in a fastpaced environment.
