Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and detailoriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our vacation homes are spotless wellstocked and ready for guest arrivals. The ideal candidate is reliable hardworking and passionate about maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hospitality with attention to detail!

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Property Preparation

• Clean vacation rental homes thoroughly including bedrooms bathrooms kitchens and living areas.
• Change linens make beds and replace towels and toiletries.
• Dust vacuum mop floors and sanitize hightouch surfaces.
• Remove trash and restock essential supplies.
• Inspect properties for any maintenance issues and report them to the manager.

Guest Readiness & Quality Control

• Ensure each property meets cleanliness and presentation standards before guest checkin.
• Arrange furniture and dcor according to company guidelines.
• Doublecheck that all appliances and amenities are in working order.

Laundry & Supplies Management

• Collect wash dry and fold linens as needed.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to clean thoroughly and spot areas that need extra attention.
• Time Management: Work efficiently to complete tasks within required timeframes.
• Reliability: Dependable and able to work weekends holidays and peak seasons.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs bend kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Team Player: Works well independently and with other team members.

Most of our fulltime staff work 9:30am6pm. Pay varies between hourly and piecework depending on the schedule. Pay starts at $18.00 an hour while in Training Summer Bonuses ($21.60/hr) for Experienced Staff.    Consent and Confidentiality:
   Drug screening will not be conducted without your written consent. All results are kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with authorized personnel involved in the hiring process.

   Right to Retest and Appeal:
   In accordance with Oregon law if you test positive you have the right to request a retest of your original sample at your own expense. Instructions for requesting a retest or appealing results will be provided with your lab report.
