We are looking for a detailoriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role will focus on financial reporting analysis and planning working closely with crossfunctional teams to provide insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial data to generate clear and insightful reports for decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare analyze and distribute financial reports and presentations to key stakeholders.
Work closely with teams across the organization (Operations Sales HR) to ensure financial data aligns with business goals.
Maintain and improve reporting processes ensuring accuracy efficiency and timely delivery.
Assist in the monthend and quarterend closing process including financial reconciliations and reporting.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements through datadriven insights.
Support the budgeting processes by collecting data performing variance analysis and identifying trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
23 years of experience in FP&A financial reporting or business analysis.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (financial modeling data analysis automation).
Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP (NetSuite and BambooHR) is a plus but not required.
Ability to work crossfunctionally and communicate financial insights to nonfinance stakeholders.
Detailoriented mindset with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
