About the team

The legal team supports a wide range of areas including commercial negotiations corporate matters and privacy and security compliance. Our mission is to enable fast legally sound decisions by building trust with both our customers and internal teams.

We are looking for a techsavvy businessminded legal professional to join us as the third member of our growing legal team. This is a rare opportunity to be a foundational contributor working closely with the Head of Legal to help shape the companys legal infrastructure. Youre someone who thrives in fastpaced environments has a strong sense of ownership and is known for getting things done.

In this role youll bring a pragmatic solutionsoriented mindset to crossfunctional collaborations ensuring legal support is seamlessly integrated into business decisions. From corporate governance to strategic initiatives youll play a critical part in driving the legal teams impact across the company.

What Youll Do

• Act as generalist when needed to help support other areas of the business as needed (including privacy)

• Help maintain and improve selfserve resources and contract templates for the business teams.

• Assist with reviewing and managing routine agreements including NDAs vendor agreements and order forms.

• Assist in maintaining corporate compliance including insurance and registrations across multiple entities

• Help prepare board and shareholder materials (including equity board consent)

Who You Are

• J.D. from law school (or foreign equivalent) and admission to practice law

• 4 years of legal experience in a law firm or inhouse with a particular focus on the Saas industry.

• High ethical standards excellent judgment and a high degree of emotional intelligence to build strong collaboration with stakeholders across the team and the business

• Excellent negotiation drafting and communication skills

• Experience with or interest in legal tech tools (Spotdraft Pandadoc Notion).

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

• Ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
