Job Description
At OCU Group were looking for a selfsufficient and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our effective team based in Taunton.
This role is office based with occasional site visits.
We are open to your background however someone with Highways and or Infrastructure experience would be at an advantage.
What Youll Be Doing
- Preparing cost estimates
- Monitoring and optimising costs.
- Manage tendering and negotiate contracts.
- Source materials and services.
- Maintain supplier relationships.
- Administer and ensure contract compliance.
- Resolve disputes during construction.
