Position: Manager of Operations Control Room

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients (staff operators)
- Coordinate and supervise staff ensuring adherence to company standards
- Contribute to company development through operational support and feedback
- Document tasks and report to management including data analysis and KPIs
- Motivate train and coach staff especially new employees and OCR team members
- Develop and implement procedures workflows and performance metrics for OCR
- Submit consolidated bonus reports to HR on time
- Manage resources to achieve performance goals and ensure service standards
- Stay updated on company procedures promotions and game strategies
- Report deviations from company standards and suggest improvements to enhance player experience
- Support ISO certification efforts and communicate player feedback to management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in English (C1) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A bachelors degree in business administration operations management or a related field; a masters degree is preferred
- Relevant certifications in project management operations or leadership (e.g. PMP Six Sigma) are a plus
- Extensive experience in operations management with significant leadership exposure
- Proven experience in control room operations or similar environments
- Experience in the iGaming industry or related fields is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of operational control systems both software and hardware
- Proficient in data analysis tools and reporting software
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence
- Proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams and multidisciplinary projects
