Your Job
Your role will be to drive the adoption and monetization of Sparteos SSP Video solutions. You will own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals ensuring our partners maximize their revenue while maintaining a highquality ad experience.

Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify and target potential clients (publishers SSPs ad networksPlayers Viously competitors) interested in VPAID solutions.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to convert leads into longterm partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiating and closing deals.
- Maintain and exceed sales quotas ensuring revenue growth for the SSP Video product line.
Client Relationship & Account Growth
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor ensuring clients leverage VPAID effectively to optimize performance.
- Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within Sparteos ecosystem.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Stay ahead of industry trends ad tech innovations and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams (Product Tech Marketing) to refine our SSP Video offering.
- Represent Sparteo at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
Your profile for this job
- 3 years in ad tech sales ideally in programmatic video advertising or a related field.
- Proven track record in closing highvalue deals with publishers SSPs and ad networks.
- Strong knowledge of SSP Video** programmatic advertising and video ad tech ecosystems**.
- A solid network within the ad tech industry (publishers ad networks agencies tech platforms).
